1. JiaJun and Royce came from similar backgrounds as both graduated from aerospace engineering courses and had final-year projects that allowed them to use similar machinery. 
2. The team decided to focus on 3D printers specifically the (ARCAM EBM SPECTRA H) type printer.
3. Using multiple sources specifically the product brochure and the official website and found out about the product in more detail.
4. Using (chatgpt) gAI, information about the printer like usability, specifications and functions could be found.
5. Using both Google Search and (chatgpt) gAI information to cross-reference and check to ensure that there is no discrepancy between the 2 sources.
6. The team found the product specifications, functions and features using the above-mentioned websites.
